How it all began

Ashley, a mortgage lender, had her own aha moment while hiking—she stopped mid-trail, texted Megan, and over lunch, they realized they were both feeling the same pull to create something bigger.
What started as an idea on a hike became a mission—one fueled by countless conversations, planning, and a deep commitment to building a space where women in real estate could truly thrive. Fear was there—fear of failure, of empty rooms, of "what if this flops?" But the response was undeniable. Women showed up, proving this community was not just wanted but needed.

Megan Kincaid brings over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the real estate industry, marked by a distinguished career that spans a wide array of expertise.
Her journey includes not only being a seasoned real estate agent but also successfully owning and operating a real estate investment company. Pivoting after becoming a mother, Megan now runs a highly intentional real estate business serving buyers & sellers in Scottsdale, more specifically her neighborhood of McCormick Ranch. Her background empowers her to navigate complex transactions with ease and negotiate with the best of them, while her boundaries allow her to show up fully as a mom and community leader. Megan is a go-to resource in the real estate community, offering expertise in investment strategies, eloquent scripting, personal branding and community building.
